MY SERVICES

As a postpartum doula, I offer personalized support to help you navigate the challenges of early parenthood with confidence and care. From emotional support to practical assistance, I’m here to ensure you have the rest, recovery, and guidance you need during this special time. The Investment for my services starts at $60 an hour.

Lactation Education

During my visits, I provide personalized support to help you with breastfeeding, including guidance on latching, optimal feeding positions, pumping, and proper breast milk storage. I’m here to troubleshoot any challenges you may encounter and ensure you feel confident in your feeding journey, whatever that may look like for you. My goal is to empower and support you in creating the best feeding experience possible.

Daytime Support

Every family’s needs are unique, which is why I work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your specific postpartum journey. My daytime support is tailored to help you rest, recover, and bond with your baby while I handle the rest. Some of the services I provide include meal preparation, laundry assistance, light housekeeping, newborn education, feeding support, emotional and physical care, and referrals to additional resources as needed. Each day may look different, but my priority is always to support your well-being and ensure you feel confident and nurtured during this special time.

Nighttime Support

Nighttime support is centered around helping parents prioritize rest and recovery. During this time, I offer a range of services to ensure your family is well-supported, including light housekeeping, light meal preparation, emotional and physical support, as well as newborn education. I also provide continued breastfeeding assistance, ensuring you have the guidance you need. Nighttime support is ideal for families looking to focus on sleep and rejuvenation while knowing their baby’s needs are in capable hands.
